All Jet Set EV vehicles are equipped with factory-installed Tesla telematics systems that continuously collect location, driving, and vehicle performance data. By renting a Jet Set EV vehicle, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• Real-time GPS location of the vehicle throughout the rental period
• Trip start and end times, routes, and distances traveled
• Vehicle speed and acceleration patterns
• Battery level, charging history, and charging locations
• Sentry Mode and dashcam footage (if enabled on the vehicle)
• Autopilot and driver-assist feature activation events
WHY WE MONITOR
• To verify compliance with our Rental Agreement, including geographic restrictions and prohibited use policies
• To locate and recover the vehicle in the event of theft or abandonment
• To investigate accidents, incidents, or damage claims
• To ensure the safety of our vehicles and the public
HOW LONG WE RETAIN TELEMATICS DATA
• Active rental: Continuously logged
• Post-rental: Retained for 90 days after return
• In the event of a dispute, claim, or investigation: Retained until resolution
• Anonymized aggregate data: May be retained indefinitely for fleet analysis
RIDESHARE DETECTION
Trip patterns consistent with rideshare or gig delivery activity — including unusually high frequency of short trips, patterns matching pickup/dropoff routes, or commercial mileage accumulation — may be flagged for review. Confirmed rideshare use will result in enforcement of our prohibited use policy as described in the Rental Agreement.

DELETION
When the retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymized. Physical documents (if any) are shredded. Digital records are permanently erased from all active and backup systems within 90 days of the scheduled deletion date.

• We do not store full payment card numbers at any point
