By accessing or using the Jet Set EV website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

To rent a vehicle from Jet Set EV, you must meet the following requirements: • Be at least 21 years of age (drivers aged 21–24 may be subject to a young driver surcharge) • Hold a valid driver's license issued in your country of residence for at least 1 year • Present a valid credit or debit card in the primary driver's name at the time of pickup • Provide a valid government-issued photo ID • Have a clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years Jet Set EV reserves the right to refuse rental to any individual who does not meet these requirements or who poses a risk to the safety of our vehicles or the public.

Reservations are subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking. A confirmed reservation does not guarantee a specific vehicle unit — only the vehicle class selected. Jet Set EV reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value at no additional charge. CANCELLATION POLICY: • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: Full refund of the rental fee. No cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time: A cancellation fee equal to one (1) full day's rental rate will be charged. The remainder of the rental fee will be refunded. • No-shows (failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time without prior notice): The full reservation amount will be charged and no refund will be issued. Customers may cancel eligible bookings (more than 24 hours before pickup) directly through their online dashboard account. Cancellations within the 24-hour window must be requested by contacting Jet Set EV directly at 1-844-678-2906 or info@jetsetev.com. All bookings are subject to a refundable security deposit hold on the primary driver's credit card at the time of vehicle pickup. The deposit amount varies by vehicle class and will be released within 3–7 business days following the return of the vehicle in satisfactory condition.

The rental period begins at the time of vehicle pickup and ends at the agreed return time. Vehicles must be returned to the designated location by the agreed return time. Late returns will be charged at the applicable daily rate, prorated by the hour. If you wish to extend your rental period, you must contact Jet Set EV at least 4 hours before your scheduled return time. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and must be approved in writing. Unauthorized extensions may result in additional fees and/or reporting the vehicle as overdue.

Jet Set EV vehicles may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and regulations. The following uses are strictly prohibited: • Use of the vehicle for commercial purposes, including ridesharing (Uber, Lyft, etc.) or delivery services • Transporting more passengers than the vehicle's rated seating capacity • Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance • Use of the vehicle in any race, speed test, or off-road activity • Towing or pushing any trailer, vehicle, or other object • Transporting hazardous materials • Crossing international borders without prior written consent from Jet Set EV • Allowing any unauthorized driver to operate the vehicle Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement, forfeiture of the security deposit, and liability for all damages.

All Jet Set EV vehicles are delivered with a minimum of 80% battery charge. Renters are responsible for maintaining adequate charge throughout the rental period. Jet Set EV is not responsible for any inconvenience, costs, or damages resulting from a depleted battery. Vehicles must be returned with at least 20% battery charge. Vehicles returned with less than 20% charge will incur a recharging fee of $35. Renters are encouraged to use Tesla Supercharger networks and public Level 2 charging stations. Charging costs incurred during the rental period are the renter's responsibility unless otherwise specified in the rental agreement.

Jet Set EV vehicles are covered by a commercial auto insurance policy. However, renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance, including but not limited to: • Collision damage up to the deductible amount • Interior damage, stains, or excessive wear • Tire damage from road hazards or improper use • Windshield chips or cracks • Damage resulting from prohibited use Renters are strongly encouraged to verify whether their personal auto insurance or credit card benefits provide rental car coverage. Jet Set EV offers optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) coverage at an additional daily rate. CDW does not cover theft, personal injury, or damage resulting from prohibited use.

All rental rates are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. The following additional charges may apply: • Young Driver Surcharge: $25/day for drivers aged 21–24 • Additional Driver Fee: $15/day per additional authorized driver • Late Return Fee: Prorated hourly at the daily rate • Recharging Fee: $35 if vehicle returned below 20% charge • Cleaning Fee: $75–$250 depending on condition • Toll Charges: Passed through at cost plus a $5 processing fee per occurrence • Traffic Violations: Passed through at cost plus a $50 administrative fee Payment is due in full at the time of vehicle pickup. Jet Set EV accepts all major credit cards. Debit cards may be accepted with additional deposit requirements.

Jet Set EV collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We may use telematics and GPS data from our vehicles to monitor usage, ensure compliance with these Terms, and improve our Services. This data may be used in the event of an accident, theft, or violation of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jet Set EV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services or vehicles. Jet Set EV's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the rental giving rise to the claim.

Jet Set EV reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Jet Set EV is an independent electric vehicle rental company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Tesla, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. The names "Tesla," "Model 3," "Model Y," "Model X," and any associated logos, trademarks, trade names, and brand identifiers are the exclusive intellectual property of Tesla, Inc. and are registered trademarks in the United States and other countries. Any use of Tesla's name, vehicle model names, or imagery on this website is solely for the purpose of accurately describing the vehicles available in our rental fleet. Such references are made in a purely descriptive, nominative manner and are not intended to imply any affiliation, partnership, or endorsement by Tesla, Inc. All Tesla-related trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials remain the sole property of Tesla, Inc. Jet Set EV makes no claim of ownership over any Tesla intellectual property.
