1Purpose of Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to allow Jet Set EV to market, manage, coordinate bookings for, and facilitate rentals of the Vehicle Owner's Tesla or electric vehicle ("Vehicle") through Jet Set EV's rental platform, direct booking network, website, social media channels, and affiliated marketplaces.
Jet Set EV acts as a vehicle hosting and booking platform and is not the manufacturer, lender, or insurer of the Vehicle.

3Owner Representations
The Vehicle Owner represents and warrants that:
- •The Owner legally owns or is authorized to rent the Vehicle.
- •The Vehicle has a valid registration.
- •The Vehicle has active insurance coverage.
- •The Vehicle is in safe operating condition.
- •There are no undisclosed mechanical defects.
- •Any lender financing the Vehicle permits the Vehicle's intended use.
- •The Vehicle is not stolen, salvaged, or unlawfully possessed.
- •The Vehicle complies with Florida law.
- •The Vehicle is equipped with Tesla Hardware 3.0 (HW3) or newer. Vehicles with Hardware 2.5 or older do not qualify for the hosting program.
The Owner agrees to notify Jet Set EV immediately of:
4Platform Services Provided by Jet Set EV
Jet Set EV may provide some or all of the following services:
Jet Set EV reserves the right to decline or remove any Vehicle from the platform at its discretion.
5Revenue Share & Payouts
The parties agree to the following revenue structure:

Revenue share shall be calculated based on gross rental revenue collected from completed bookings.

6Vehicle Access & Platform Operations
The Owner authorizes Jet Set EV and its authorized representatives to:
Tesla App Access (optional)
If Tesla app access is provided, Jet Set EV agrees to use such access solely for operational and customer service purposes.
7Vehicle Condition & Maintenance
The Owner is responsible for maintaining the Vehicle in safe operating condition, including:
Jet Set EV may temporarily suspend the Vehicle from the platform if:
8Insurance & Liability
The Vehicle Owner understands and acknowledges:
- •Rental activity may impact personal insurance coverage.
- •Personal insurance providers may exclude commercial or peer-to-peer rentals.
- •The Owner is responsible for confirming coverage with their insurance provider.
- •Jet Set EV does not guarantee insurance coverage for any claim.

By signing below, the Vehicle Owner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Vehicle Hosting & Revenue Share Agreement. The Owner further confirms all representations made in Section 3 are true and accurate as of the Effective Date.
